- Fresh lychee 16 fruits (about 100g)
- Yogurt without sugar 180 ml
- Fresh cream 60 ml (fresh cream)
- Condensed milk 2 tablespoons
- Pistachios 1 handful

- Blend lychee: Peel 16 lychees and put about 14 fresh lychees in a blender and puree. Cut the rest in half for decoration.
- Make lychee yogurt: Put 180ml of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and 60ml of fresh cream in a bowl, then add the blended lychee and mix well until the ingredients are combined.
- Molding and baking: Sterilize yogurt cups with boiling water and dry. Add the lychee yogurt mixture to about 3/4 cup. Cover the mouth of the glass with foil. - Preliminary processing of lychee: You peel and remove lychee seeds and then put in a blender to puree then filter to get lychee juice.
- Cooking jelly: Put 800ml of water, sugar and jelly powder together in a pot, turn on low heat and stir well to avoid lumps, about 1 minute, then lift it down. Divide the above pot of water into 2 equal parts, one part pour lychee juice, the other pour dragon fruit syrup and stir well. Scoop 2 tablespoons of lychee jelly into the mold and let it cool in the wind for astringent, then pour 2 tablespoons of dragon fruit jelly on top. When the previous layer of jelly has peeled, then scoop 2 tablespoons of lychee jelly and then 2 tablespoons of dragon fruit jelly, just like that, you pour the color of jelly alternately so that it is even and made into many layers for attractiveness. Ingredients: (For 2 people)
- Lychee 500 gr
- 100 gr fresh lotus seeds (with the bitter lotus heart removed)
- 1 little banana oil
- 100g sugar (can be adjusted according to taste)
- 1 liter filtered water
- Separate the lychee and cook the lotus seeds: Peel the lychee and use a knife to separate the seeds from the flesh. Then rinse again. Boil 1 liter of water, then add fresh washed lotus seeds to cook for about 10 minutes, skim off the foam, turn off the heat. Add another 100g of sugar, mix well, take out the lotus seeds, keep the water in the pot.
- Stuff the lotus seeds into the cloth: After the lotus seeds are cooked, let them drain and then stuff them inside the litchi.

Ingredient:
- 1kg chicken breast or chicken thighs, 500g carrots
- 300g fresh lychee
- 1 white onion
- some dried shiitake mushrooms
- 5 tablespoons oyster sauce

- 1 dried onion

- Chop 2 cloves of garlic and dried onion. White onion cut areca. Boneless chicken, set aside, cut meat into bite-sized pieces. Add half of the minced onion and garlic to the chicken with oyster sauce, marinate for about 1 hour or refrigerate overnight.
- Put a little oil in the pot, fry the remaining onion and garlic, then add the chicken and stir fry until the meat is firm. Remove the meat and set aside. Put the white onion in the slow cooker. Drop the chicken bones in, fill with water. Skim regularly and simmer for about 1 hour.

- Condensed milk 40 gr
- Coconut milk 80 gr
- Coconut rice flour 10 gr

- Sugar
- 150g dried lotus seeds
- Wash and soak dried lotus seeds for about 30 minutes
- Fresh lychee peeled and seeded.
- Mix 1 packet of white flute powder with 180 ml of fresh milk, 150 ml of filtered water, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of coconut milk. Pour the jelly into the mold and let it cool in the fridge.
- Put the lotus seeds in a pot and bring to a boil. When the lotus seeds are soft, add jaggery. Depending on your preference for sweetness. Cook for about 3 more minutes.
